The Hotel Cádiz Bahía has a very strong component to carry out all kinds of events, having an auditorium, a 654 m² multipurpose room and a large number of small rooms for commissions, courses, private meals, etc.

Possibility of closing the hotel EXCLUSIVELY for your event
At Q Hotels, we are proud to offer a wide range of options for holding events. Thanks to the diverse capacities of our establishments, we are an indisputable attraction for those events that require exclusivity due to the importance of the company or brand.
The exclusivity that we offer allows our clients to enjoy all the facilities, schedules, food options, parties, music and projections. As the sole contact, we adapt to the specific schedules and requirements of the client.
We offer the possibility of placing totems, banners, streamers and even moving the furniture in the common areas if necessary.
All our staff will be fully dedicated to meeting and satisfying the needs of the event. In addition, we can even place vehicles within the facilities if required.
So far we have offered from automotive presentations, technology presentations, congresses, conventions, incentives to film sets.

No. We have agreements with many agencies and companies that organize events with which we work regularly.

Yes. In addition to materials and operations that avoid generating polluting waste, at the level of external suppliers we apply the "0" KM policy.
Do you have recognitions and/or awards for your work and professionalism?

Do you have agreements with suppliers and complementary activities in the area?
Yes, and there is a lot of variety depending on the time available and the dates.
